Global Wellness Day (GWD) founder Belgin Aksoy, received the first ever Pioneer of Wellness award from Seven Star Luxury, Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards.

Aksoy was previously awarded Personality of the Year by La Fédération des Professionnels du Bien-ētre, and Leading Woman in Wellness by the Global Wellness Institute.

Founded in Türkiye by Aksoy, Global Wellness Day (GWD) is celebrated with complimentary activities by millions of people annually on the second Saturday of June, in more than 170 countries and thousands of locations around the world.
