The demand for integrated wellness experiences is on the rise. See how these three brand new properties have curated fresh services to meet that need.
1. 'Tulah' Integrated Clinical Wellness Resort at Chelembra
This resort, slated to open in March 2024, will have 130 rooms; 50 rooms will be operational by March 2023. The property will have a 44,000-square-foot swimming pool and a farm-to-table restaurant.
The property will also feature a comprehensive healthcare program that includes clinical wellness, spa services, physical fitness activities, wellness education and healthy cuisine.
In addition, the property will function as an eco-friendly ecosystem featuring a solar power park, tree plantations, high-tech organic farming, water technology, composting and radiant cooling (instead of air-conditioning).
2. Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa
Gurney's Montauk Resort has unveiled the Seawater Spa following a $16 million dollar renovation focused on holistic wellness, innovation and sustainability. The updated Seawater Spa features an ocean-fed seawater pool, plus a full bathhouse experience including a caldarium, thermae baths, sauna, steam room, a salt room and indoor-outdoor treatment suites overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The indoor/outdoor wellness space includes cardio and weight equipment, including Peloton and Technogym equipment, a movement studio and areas for activations and activities. Fitness offerings are divided into sections based on activity type, with dedicated areas for cardio, strength training and a selection of studios for group fitness classes. The gym allows fitness seekers to enjoy the ocean views and natural surroundings while utilizing the space.
Brands featured within the spa include Biologique Recherche, One Ocean Beauty and Osea. Skin care expert Dr. Dennis Gross will also be on location, servicing guests from a menu of bespoke facials and skin care treatments. The treatment menu includes massages, body wraps, masks and more.
3. Center for Health & Wellbeing
Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, the Center for Health & Wellbeing provides expert consultations, skill-based workshops and wellness classes aimed at achieving sustained optimum health. The Center's on-site dietitians, exercise physiologists, clinical psychologists and mindfulness teachers work with each guest to define, achieve and maintain their health goals.
Guests can participate in targeted retreats, flexible well-being stays, day passes and a la carte experiences, memberships and corporate retreats, all of which are paired with luxurious amenities and personalized care.
The Center for Health & Wellbeing offers three retreats: Sustainable Weight Loss, Optimum Performance, and Spa & Beauty. Each is four days, three nights, and includes:

4. Jumeirah Bali
Jumeirah Bali, a contemporary resort in Indonesia, offers 123 villas in one- and two-bedroom configurations, as well as a four-bedroom Royal Water Palace, all featuring views of the Indian Ocean and lush green beauty of Bali. Guests also have access to a private beach and can partake in guided meditations, yoga classes, hiking excursions and visits to the fitness center.
Jumeirah Bali will also house Talise Spa. Currently, two private treatment rooms are in operation, with the full spa experience and a traditional Turkish hammam scheduled to open in July 2022. The spa's wellness facilities include a sauna, steam bath and Vichy shower treatments.
5. Aman New York
Aman New York will welcome its first guests on August 2, 2022. The hotel will feature 83 suites and 22 branded residences, along with different types of restaurants, reflective pools, firepits, a large outdoor space with a retracting glass roof and jazz club.
The three-story Aman Spa is 24,800 square feet and includes a 65-foot indoor swimming pool with firepits and daybeds; two spa houses with double treatment rooms, Banya and Hammam rooms; and private outdoor terraces with hot and cold plunge pools, daybeds and fireplaces.
