1. Personalized Wellness Package
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center revealed a new wellness package aimed toward personalized wellness and empowering guests to curate their visit.
Upon arrival, guests are presented with an in-room key, leading them to select from a choice of three spa amenities. During the visit, guests will enjoy a nail treatment at the salon with a choice of services including a Healthy Soles Pedicure, Classic Nail Care, Shellac Nail Care, or Gentleman’s Nail Care. Curated welcome and turn-down amenities for this package include a journal to inspire reflection and goal setting, a branded sleep mask to encourage a deeper sleep and a crystal set to harness energies and set intentions for the year ahead.
Guests can choose their own culinary adventures, either by selecting healthy dishes from the In-Room Dining menu, or reserving a table at one of the four restaurants, including Jean-Georges Philadelphia, SkyHigh, Vernick Fish or Vernick Coffee Bar.
“This is the first time that one of the Hotel’s packages has a Salon experience built into it, inviting guests to discover our wellness floor, which has 700 pounds of crystals built into the walls,” says Stéphanie Cherbakow Baron, spa director at Four Seasons Philadelphia. “Crystals offer healing principles that have the power to unlock energy, which is one of the intentions of our package.”
2. Thaw in the Spa
Seraphina Spa at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids “Thaw in the Spa” Package is designed to restore the body and mind during Michigan’s snowy winters. Partnering with Sun Home Saunas, the overnight wellness package features a 60-minute private treatment with Sun Home Saunas’ Infrared Sauna Blanket, which uses cutting-edge infrared light technology to heat the body and generate the healing properties of nature. This is followed by Seraphina Spa’s signature 60-minute cocoa moisture body wrap and facial to amplify the detoxifying and skin-health benefits of the heated sauna experience.
The package also includes a one-night stay at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids’ thriving and quaint downtown, providing a quick (yet warming) weekend getaway to reboot and relax while still enjoying the beauty of Michigan’s beautiful winter.
3. Rest Ritual
The Spa at Beverly Wilshire's Rest Ritual is a 90-minute massage that encourages rest and deep sleep through an essential oil blend that promotes a sense of surrender and hibernation while reducing anxiety and mental fog. This aromatherapy-based ritual uses the vegan product line Ground Wellbeing, which is made up of 100% natural plant-based ingredients that address anxiety, insomnia, hormone fluctuations, burnout and gut health.
The oils specific to the Rest Ritual include geranium (for grounding and calming), rosewood (for clearing the mind), lavender (for promoting deeper sleep) and cypress (for reducing mental fog). The treatment also incorporates stomach work to help with gut health and lymphatic drainage by incorporating a dry brush using long, flowy massage techniques to calm the nervous system.
4. The Vortex Journey
The Wilde Resort & Spa's The Vortex Journey is tied to energy vortexes that are conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration. The treatment starts with a meditative clay wrap with Holy Basil, Frankincense and Myrrh, followed by a high vibration Blue Lotus Himalayan Salt Bath, then a Flower of Life Butter Massage for a journey inward. A flight of specially crafted energetic elixirs by spa director Robin Harrington complements each stage of the journey.
