The educational course features in-depth knowledge across yoga sequencing, anatomy, philosophy, class structure, poses, guidance on leading classes, meditation, pranayama, the business of yoga and other elements of wellness lifestyles. Exercise professionals, including ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers, and Health Coaches, can seamlessly integrate yoga into their skill set, providing new avenues for both group and one-on-one sessions.

While most courses approved for the RYT-200 require in-person attendance, this course is entirely online and self-guided, offering unparalleled flexibility and accessibility to complete the program at their own pace.

YogaRenew, led by founder and CEO Nicolas Goudy and co-founders Patrick Franco and Kate Lombardo, has distinguished itself with its high-quality program and learning experience, earning recognition from Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Like ACE, YogaRenew is committed to providing top-tier health and fitness education through courses that leverage video and other online interactive elements to ensure an engaging and robust learning experience.

"We are thrilled to introduce a new dimension to our certification offerings through our partnership with YogaRenew," said Lauren Shroyer, ACE vice president of Product and Innovation. "Yoga fosters an enhanced connection between the body and mind, beyond movement alone, through deliberate practice. Recognizing the significance of this approach, ACE is proud to collaborate with YogaRenew, renowned international experts in yoga, to deliver their exceptional educational resources."
