As spa director, Carole Primat will be a crucial member of the team and will oversee operations at Sense Spa, including the development of distinctive programming that is both representative of St. Barts and incorporates new and cutting-edge techniques in wellness.

Primat has more than 30 years of experience in the wellness space as a business owner and consultant. After returning to school at Ecole Francais Morice where she studied cosmetics, coaching and the art of massage, she opened an urban spa in Aix en Provence.

Most recently, Carole served as the director of spa and wellness concepts at Millésime. Before this role, she served as a spa consultant for Kaoma Consulting, where she was tapped by hotel groups throughout the world to aid in the development of their wellness concepts.

“We are thrilled to welcome a group of truly gifted professionals to our dynamic team at Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth,” said Martein van Wagenberg, managing director of Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth. “Antoine, Carole, Brice and Sybille all bring extensive knowledge from their respective fields and breadth of experience working across the French and Caribbean markets. We are confident that these appointments will continue to reinforce the momentum that our strong team has achieved thus far, and we look forward to all that will be accomplished in the year ahead.”
