Spa and wellness consultancy E77 Company is planning the design and development of a new thermal spa resort and hotel in Lithuania’s coastal region of Klaipėda.

The resort will feature 168 rooms and a 3,000-square-foot spa with 25 to 30 treatment rooms, plus indoor and outdoor thermal pools. After a $48.7 million investment, the resort is set to become an oasis of natural well-being.

The new resort’s philosophy will center around whole-body well-being, sustainability and harnessing the healing power of nature to help rebalance guests. Spa treatments will include hydrotherapy experiences, forest bathing and healing journeys that will allow guests to become at one with nature and nourish the body.

The facility will be open year-round to guests and is scheduled to open between 2023 to 2024. E77 is working alongside project owner and developer Releven, Lithuanian architecture studio Arches and professor of architecture Dr. Edgaras Neniskis to integrate the resort within the natural forest habitat.
