Much like "the freshman 15" when someone starts college, the "Covid-19" became a serious concern for many, as people gained some noticeable weight during lockdown. This year saw a boom in people learning to love cooking and investing their time in new recipes, and in 2021 this will rise to the next level with a heavy focus on healthy eating.
Consumers are beginning to understand the connection between what they eat and how they feel. Post-pandemic, the mental wellness market is predicted to soar in numbers. Many studies have showcased the social isolation, economic hardship and human suffering that the pandemic caused and the toll that it took on so many. So, expect to see a lot of focus on telehealth and teletherapy in 2021.

There are actually two wellness clothing trends to keep an eye out for. First and foremost, people are becoming more climate conscious. Expect to see consumers begin looking for or asking about planet-friendly credentials when it comes to apparel.
