SHA Wellness has introduced a comprehensive Sexual Health Unit dedicated to studying sexual well-being as part of optimizing overall health, desire, self-esteem and sexual function. The wellness experience is currently available at SHA Spain in L’Albir and will also be offered at SHA Mexico in Costa Mujeres when the resort opens in January 2024.

SHA’s Sexual Health Unit is a multidisciplinary, holistic approach to physiological, hormonal, emotional or psychological issues that may be hindering a full and satisfying sex life in a healthy body. The experience starts with an initial consultation with Dr. Cinthya Molina, a psychologist and head of the Sexual Health Unit., followed by referrals to the different treatments offered at SHA Wellness.
Treatments include Gynaecology and urology to treat possible pathologies, regenerative medicine for stem-cell therapies, Longitudinal shockwave treatment for erectile dysfunction in men, bioidentical hormone supplementation to treat menopausal symptoms, specialized pelvic floor physiotherapy sessions using electromagnetic energy and aesthetic gynecology to improve the vascularisation of the inner area of the vagina and to boost collagen production with cutting-edge technology and devices with non-invasive radiofrequency and fractionated lasers.
