CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona, has announced a partnership with celebrity wellness expert Deepak Chopra's wellness company, The Chopra Centre for Wellbeing. The resort will provide The Chopra Whole Health program, which will feature a selection of wellness experiences including spa treatments and a dedicated retreat.
The retreat will consist of a six-day Ayurvedic experience designed to provide an intimate group experience while taking a mind-body approach to teaching participants how to build healthy habits and routines. The retreat will include meditation instruction, an Ayurvedic lifestyle curriculum, daily therapeutic body treatments and a nutritional detox.
The resort will also roll out seven Chopra spa treatments, all of which are based on traditional Ayurvedic practices. These treatments will focus on a mind-body constitution and be customized to each individual. Upcoming treatments include:
- Abhyanga massage using two therapists
- Shirodhara
- Chopra signature massage
