KSL Capital Partners Acquires W Maldives and Sheraton Maldives

KSL Capital Partners has acquired W Maldives and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. The seller was a joint venture between Universal Enterprises and Marriott International, and both properties will continue to be managed by Marriott under their existing brands. 

Both resorts are located on their own private island that can be reached from the Maldives Velana International Airport. W Maldives offers 77 overwater or beach bungalows, a private yacht experience and a spa. 

The Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa is a family getaway that features 176 rooms, multiple fresh-water pools, a full service spa, tennis facilities and a kid's club.
