Massage Heights, a franchise known for its resort-quality massage, skincare and wellness services, has appointed Scott Schubiger as chief development officer. Schubiger has nearly 20 years of experience in the franchise industry. Most recently, he served as the vice president, franchise development and real estate at LunchBox Wax. In his new role, Schubiger will oversee all aspects related to franchise development, focusing on the company's substantial and sustainable growth.

In addition, the company has brought on Donald McConnell as director of field support, Jim Graham as a franchise business consultant and senior data analyst and CG Funk as senior vice president of culture and industry relations. The three have over 50 years of experience between them.
The Massage Heights team is restructuring careers in the spa and wellness industry, from the inside out, and seeing the franchises grow to new levels and new markets.
