Tim McGregor Appointed Vice President and General Manager of Inns of Monterey

The Inns of Monterey has appointed Tim McGregor as vice president and general manager.

McGregor has 28 years of hospitality management and customer service experience. After a tenure at Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa, he served as vice president and general manager  at Woodside Hotels & Resorts' Indian Springs Resort and Spa, Bodega Bay Lodge and Napa Valley Lodge, all in California. Most recently, McGregor worked as general manager at Seascape Beach Resort in Aptos, California, where he oversaw all operations. 

In this new role, McGregor will be responsible for all aspects of management, including staff development, guest satisfaction and financial performance for the entire hotel collection: Monterey Bay Inn, Spindrift Inn, Victorian Inn, Wave Street Inn and Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa. 

McGregor has replaced Randy Venard, who is set to retire after a 41-year career in the industry. He served as vice president and general manager of Inns of Monterey for nearly 28 years.
