Hyatt Regency to Open Vietnam Resort and Residencies by 2024

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to create a resort-and-residences property at a beach destination near Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Called the Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort and Spa and Residences, the property will have 280 guest rooms and 63 pool villas residences located across 1,000 feet of coastline. 

This resort will be designed to immerse guests in the natural landscape, with stylish contemporary interiors inspired by nature and uninterrupted sea views. The residences will range from two to five bedrooms in size with their own pools, providing owners and guests with privacy. Guests and residents will have access to restaurants and bars, designated adults’ and kids’ swimming pools, a kids’ club, playground, an elevated forest walk, a detox spa and extensive event space.

Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort and Spa and Residences is expected to reach completion in 2024.
