In his latest book, StandOut 2.0, Buckingham provides the framework for discovering your strengths, as well as those of your team, and act on them. He is also the author of First, Break All the Rules; Now, Discover Your Strengths; The One Thing You Need to Know; Go Put Your Strengths to Work; and StandOut. His new book, Nine Lies About Work: A Freethinking Leader’s Guide to the Real World, will be released in April 2019.
