According to FCS, Inc., the name change is in response to a need for a fresh identity that reflects its commitment to growth and innovation and accurately represents its present and future aspirations. The company has been involved in skin science since 1871.

“The name change allows our company to better focus on distinguishing our individual brands, Columbia SkinCare, Sturtevant’s Veterinary Remedies, and on our sister company Columbia Microbiome Sciences”, said Steven Rosenfeld, CEO of Columbia SkinCare.
