The stars were out in force yesterday for the second annual Live Love Spa Splash shindig at the Exhale Spa attached to the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Century City. The event, which followed two days of LLS at the same location, puts spa vendors up close and personal with media and celebrities.
Maria Menounos, Bellamy Young, Janel Parrish and Holland Roden were among the famous faces who braved the city’s harsh heatwave, while local media companies—including DAYSPA—got the chance to hear about news and product launches by 14 skincare and spa brands: Aesthetic Ambassadors, Trophy Skin, PrAna, COOLA, Jindilli, Clarisonic, Knesko Skin, Circadia, HydroPeptide, Comphy, Vita Liberata, HydraFacial, MoroccanOil and Travertine Spa Collection. Pampering was also on the agenda, with the upscale gym providing a serene setting for treatments such as pedicures and facials.
Although the hotel’s glistening pool beckoned, attendees kept cool under canopies while sipping Cosmpolitans. Those who checked in with every exhibitor present were also entered into a draw to win a luxury weekend at the eponymous Las Vegas resort. (Please let it be one of us!!!)
