International Day of Yoga is June 21, 2023, and we have gathered all the hotels and yoga facilities that are hosting celebrations around the world.
1. S Hotel - Montego Bay
S Hotel in Montego Bay is starting International Yoga Day with Sunrise Yoga at 6 am. Experience a sun salutation overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the island of Jamaica. Finish the yoga session with a ginger green juice. Led by Cassanie McKenzie, a licensed yoga instructor, astrology and tarot therapist, whose classes combine powerful tools to support unlocking personal power and facilitating healing. At 6:30 pm, join Casanie again for a Sunset Sound Bowl Solstice Meditation on the beach and discover how the sound of singing bowls can influence the body and mind, calming the mind and providing relaxation.
2. Galley Bay - Antigua
Enjoy a tranquil and mind-soothing yoga class at Galley Bay at the beachfront yoga pavilion. Enjoy daily morning yoga classes focusing on flow, moving through various poses with strength and relative speed. The professionally-trained instructor, Mackenzie Hodge, is also a conservationist and holistic nutritionist, who can offer insight on the island’s flora and fauna as well as provide recommendations for meal planning.
3. Finca Victoria - Puerto Rico
Complimentary morning group yoga classes are offered and open to all levels while offering a variety of modifications at the eco-sustainable haven of Finca Victoria. As the Caribbean’s only Ayurvedic center, Finca Victoria offers personalized Ayurvedic consultations and education, as well as individual treatments, Panchakarma detox and weight loss packages, Ayurvedic cooking classes, daily herbology classes and workshops with a staff that have all undergone certified Ayurvedic training.

4. La Botanica - Puerto Rico
La Botánica Hotel offers a Basic Yoga Workshop with an Ayurvedic Lunch. Participants explore the basics of Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Sound Healing Meditation, followed by a Regenerative Ayurvedic Lunch. Bookings at La Botanica Hotel include daily complimentary Ayurvedic breakfast prepared by the hotel’s chefs using fresh produce sourced from local farms.
5. Hotel Laudinella - Graubunden
Celebrate International Yoga Day in June and beyond in Graubunden, Switzerland, where guests can participate in the Yoga & Hiking Retreat at Hotel Laudinella. Start the day with gentle Hatha Yoga, activating flow ground and sharpening all senses.
