Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a AAA Four-Diamond resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, has announced the launch of its new “Year of Wellness” innovative spa programming, designed to educate and enhance the well-being of both the local community and resort guests.
Grand Geneva has curated a range of activities, events, and services to cater to the needs and interests of individuals seeking to support their well-being. Beginning March 1, the resort will launch its new “Recovery Zone” programming offering enhanced spa and fitness treatments and cutting-edge wellness services. Designed to support muscle recovery and well-being, these new offerings are designed to ease aches and pains after fitness classes, skiing, golf or even just a long drive.
Throughout the year, the resort will also host a series of wellness events featuring professionals who will share their expertise on trending health topics and research. Upcoming events include three complimentary programs including Recovery Program Launch Party where guests can sample some of WELL Spa + Salon’s new Recovery Zone offerings, CBD: Everything You Wanted to Know featuring guest speaker Chris Diaz, owner of Kalyan Botanicals, who will share learnings on how to incorporate CBD into wellness routines and What is Acupuncture & How Can It Promote Health & Wellness featuring Karen Weidner, Dipl-Ac, LAc, Diplomate of Acupuncture (NCCAOM), who will speak about the benefits of acupuncture as an evidence-based therapy.

Grand Geneva's fitness and spa professionals have come together to develop sport specific routines to enhance performance, range of motion, and recovery, by taking guests through a program of guided and partner stretching. Guests begin the appointment with an assessment and end with the same test to show progress through the session.
