A Hilton global survey revealed that the number one reason people want to travel in 2024 is to rest and recharge. The survey also indicated that 50% of respondents believe their 2024 travels need to address mental or physical wellness. These five spa and wellness offerings from various Hilton locations can help guests rejuvenate in the new year.

1. Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Premiering February 28, 2024, Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort will be home to the island’s newest and largest luxury spa and wellness destination, Kilolani Spa. Inspired by the kilolani (stargazers) of ancient Hawaiʻi, the 50,000 sq ft spa has been developed in collaboration with TLee Spas and local culture experts to integrate the phases of the Hawaiian moon calendar into its advanced treatment menu and services. The spa will offer open-air Hydrothermal circuits and a coed Hamman, with specialty treatments and services that incorporate indigenous ingredients and remedies.

2. Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

Conrad Spa Tulum blends Mayan culture into each treatment, including the Quartz Sand Massage, which has guests lying on warm quartz sand, and the Nopal Restorative Ritual for the skin healing benefits of the Aztec plant. The spa also provides inner healing through ancient rituals including cenote ceremonies, “Kinich Ahau Journey” honoring the God of the Sun, the Cocoa Mole Nurturing Ritual focused on the benefits of Aztec mole and more, with products and retail sourced exclusively from Mexico.

3. Signia by Hilton Atlanta

Signia by Hilton Atlanta guests will have access to an entire floor dedicated to wellness, including a spa, beauty bar, fitness center and outdoor pool. Treatments include detox massages, recovery treatments, a cryo facial lift, cold therapy, gua sha, percussion therapy and more. For an extra holistic wellness experience, guests can book one of the hotel’s eleven wellness rooms centered around sleep, movement, nourishment, spa and mindfulness.   

4. Conrad Orlando

Conrad Spa is a 12,000-square-foot spa with 11 treatment rooms, a Water Garden with a vitality pool and cold plunge and hot plunge pools. The treatments are centered on advanced sound and water therapies. One signature therapy is a sound bathing ritual using Himalayan singing bowls placed on the water that create ripples of vibration through the body and a signature sound bowl quartz full body treatment in which Himalayan singing bowls are placed down the length of the body for harmonic vibrations. The menu will feature a variety of treatments that activate the healing responses of the central nervous system, balance neurotransmitters and enter a deep state of relaxation. Other onsite sound therapies will incorporate Ocean Drums, rain sticks, gongs, chimes, standing bowls and rituals using Florida’s native flowers.

5. Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Tierra Luna Spa at Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort offers a state-of-the-art, standalone Salt Chamber equipped with pure-grade Himalayan salt to boost immunity, improve mood, revive skin and clean the respiratory system. After this Halotherapy session, guests can relax in Sol Garden, the spa’s outdoor relaxation space outfitted with a cold plunge pool, hot tub, invigorating rain shower and a wellness bar. The spa offers an abundance of mindful rituals and healing journeys from an Alchemy Mud treatment and Crystal Bar to sound bowl meditation.
