The application of eyelash extensions is a highly technical and meticulous process requiring well-trained estheticians and cosmetologists to perform the procedure.  Unlike traditional false eyelashes, which are applied as a single strip and last only a couple of days, NovaLash Eyelash Extensions are individual, synthetic extensions singularly bonded to each natural lash to create a longer, thicker more glamorous lash look. Consequently, NovaLash trained estheticians, makeup artists and stylists are instructed with the industry’s most comprehensive training course for the most efficient and effective application techniques.

The Lash & Brow Academy is the exclusive training company and distributor for NovaLash in California.  During the last 8 years LABA has trained and certified over 1000 Lash Artists in the state.  NovaLash Certification programs are offered at the Lash & Brow Academy in Encino and also at affiliate LABA salons in northern, central and southern California. The training will provide you with the theory and science behind the products as well as health and safety risks.  It is 1 1/2 days of instructor-supervised training, including the most efficient and effective application techniques to safely and successfully perform the procedure. Please remember that eyelash extensions can only be applied by licensed professional cosmetologists or estheticians.

You will receive your Training Manual and Business in a Box on the first day of training.  Upon completing theoretical and practical instruction, trainees take a written certification and practical application skills test.  Students must provide their own model.  Upon successful completion, students will receive a NovaLash Certificate and join the worldwide NovaLash team of Lash Artists.
