Nord’s foray into the skincare business was born out of her personal quest to find a solution to her own skin ailments and premature aging. When serving as Business Development Officer at a scientific research company, she learned about the healing properties of stem cell technology. She recruited a renowned team of stem cell specialists and began her own two-year research project to identify a protocol that would capture the healing properties of the stem cell in an entirely new way.
Lamberty was attracted to working with Nord based on the significant growth opportunity for Stemulation, along with the positive results he experienced with the products on his own skin. With 30 years of experience creating professional and retail solutions for luxury and specialty stores, spas, resorts and salons, his expertise in business development, product management and strategic initiatives work as an ideal complement to Nord’s skill set. Lamberty was the Director of Emerging Technologies at Limited Brand, launching the Victoria Secret beauty line at Bath and Body Works. Other positions and projects include COO/ Vice President of Research and Development at Peter Thomas Roth, and the development of First Aid Beauty products.
