Holistic Skin Care at The Homestead
The Homestead in Nambiti, South Africa, opening in spring 2022, has partnered with skin care and body therapy expert Jennifer Eales to create relaxing and rejuvenating treatments. The holistic treatments combine skin care with traditional massage techniques and feature local African product line Terres D’Afrique. Offerings include a crystal ball massage; deep tissue massage using wooden, flexible tri-touch tools and warming phindas; lymph draining African head massage; oxygen facial; a bio-therapeutic oxygen treatment; and a bio-therapeutic LED light treatment.
Well Living at Spa Marquis
Spa Marquis at Marquis Los Cabos in Mexico is a 13,000-square-foot space equipped with a cold pool, steam room and 10 ocean-view treatment rooms. The spa has unveiled the Diamond Well Living Signature Ritual, a customizable treatment that targets individual wellness wants and needs. Guests can choose from oils ranging from Detox Seaweed and Chia, to Fitness Mint and Eucalyptus and Energizing Citrus, Cypress, Sage and Rosemary. The Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner in McLean, VA, takes inspiration from nature, with treatments utilizing natural ingredients inspired by the seasons. For spring, the spa has launched its signature Cherry Blossom Body Polish, which uses exfoliating cherry bonsai seeds to remove dead skin cells and refine the appearance of the back, followed by a full body massage using Japanese cherry blossom oil. The spa also has a Champagne & Rose Body Polish that utilizes Mediterranean roses and argan oils.
Coconut Treatments at The Rainforest Spa
The Rainforest Spa at Sugar Beach in St. Lucia is nestled in the heart of a unique rainforest on the edge of the striking UNESCO Pitons. The spa has cultivated spring-inspired services including the Coconut Milk Healing Massage using Saint Lucian coconut milk for a nourishing and revitalizing treatment. A sulphur spring also runs through the spa, where warm mineral-enriched water from the island's sleeping volcano meets the rainforest.
