Check out these two end of the year spa openings.

1. The Ritz Carlton Spa

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company has opened the Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City! It is now one of the country's tallest buildings, and features 153 guest rooms and suites. The hotel features a wide range amenities designed to provide guest with the ultimate experience, including The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge with a Club Concierge, a heated indoor swimming pool, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a signature Ritz-Carlton Spa with six luxurious treatment rooms and more. The spa uses local ingredients and botanicals, coupled with the healing and spiritual traditions of Mexico City's Aztec culture. In addition to the treatments, the spa also features steam rooms, saunas and a timeless capsule room.

2. Sense, A Rosewood Spa 

Rosewood Villa Magna is one of Madrid’s most iconic properties, which has reopened under the ultra-luxury Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Through its Sense, A Rosewood Spa, guests can experience an array of locally inspired treatments, to support the betterment of mind and body. The spa features four therapy cabins, one double sized to extend an ideal environment for couple’s treatments, a steam room, Finnish sauna, a Hydrotherapy area complete with an experience shower and jacuzzi, an authentic Hammam and a fitness center with state-of-the-art training equipment. The spa boasts two treatments: the signature Bay Leaf Ritual, which utilizes one of the area’s indigenous, vitamin- and mineral-rich plants to improve respiratory problems, reduce muscle and joint inflammation and boost the immune system; and the El Retiro Journey, which begins with a guided walk through one of the city’s largest parks and concludes with a relaxing foot washing ritual and leg and foot massage.

3. Well & Being Spa

The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, has opened The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort, Vail. The property has undergone a $40 million transformation, including an entirely revamped lobby experience, outdoor spaces and concepts. The Hythe features 344 rooms, with 22 suites and 16 residences. The Hythe has many exciting experiences, including alpine excursions or rejuvenate at the on-site and its recovery-focused spa: Well & Being. The spa features a Recovery Lounge, designed to prime and recuperate mountain explorers. It also offers treatments such as an altitude-combatting oxygen bar, a Himalayan salt lounge and other recovery treatments.

4. Sense, A Rosewood Spa at St. Barth

Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth has reopened following a remodel, with new amenities and experiences ranging from  culinary, to children-focused, to the locally inspired Sense, A Rosewood Spa. The property has 29 guestrooms, 27 suites and ten signature suites, which provide the utmost in privacy to facilitate total relaxation. Each guestroom, suite and signature suite has its own private outdoor space. Sense, A Rosewood Spa offers a robust menu of treatments and therapies. It houses four treatment rooms, two couples’ suites, hydrotherapy area, adults-only pool, a state-of-the-art gym, blow-dry bar, nail salon and full-service tennis facility. Sense Spa allows guests nurture the mind, body and soul and thereby achieve an elevated level of wellness from every angle. One featured treatment is The Ouanalao Ritual, which invites guests to achieve deep relaxation through a warm foot bath and exfoliation followed by a soothing facial cleanse and full body massage.
