In its 22 years as a nonprofit for the professional massage sector, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB, ncbtmb.org) has served nearly 80,000 massage therapists- and seen a lot of changes. DAYSPA recently spoke with NCBTMB chair Dr. Leena Guptha, and chair-elect Bruce Baltz, for their perspectives on the ever-evolving massage industry.
