Miraval’s Full Moon programs include:
- Crystal Energy Recharge: Discover how crystals absorb the energies of the Full Moon and how you can harness crystal energy in your everyday interactions.
- Zodiac Stargazing: Join a Miraval astrologist in the Kiva as they decipher the meaning of the Zodiac signs.
- Celestial Yoga: Breathe in the aromatic desert air, listen nature’s nocturnal sounds and gaze at the stars during shavasana. This unique yoga offering will be leave you in a state of complete serenity.
- Twilight Zip Line: Soar above the Sonoran landscape after the sun dips behind the Tortalita mountains and unveils the star filled sky. This is sure to be a sunset you will never forget.
The programs will be offered during the Full Moon on June 9-10, July 7-8 and August 4-5.
