The program aims to keep all the elements of a yoga practice, but with elements designed to make the retreat a bit more fun and relaxed. During the six-day retreat led by Lilleston, guests will enjoy two yoga classes daily: a vinyasa style session and a practice that explores the proper alignments and therapeutic benefits of postures.

The retreat also includes daily meditations, a local Temazcal Ceremony, access to spa services and daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.
