The Situation: “We had a therapist who had a very passive-yet-hostile way of communicating,” recalls Summer Langhorne, general manager of milk + honey in Austin, Texas. “It was so strange. He would have these aggressive outbursts and then immediately apologize. It happened often.

The Solution: “It finally built up to where we felt he was too toxic to keep around, and we let him go,” says Langhorne. “Personality issues are really the trickiest situations.”
