Although, some may argue that a spa is no place for children, there’s a good chance you have clients that would like the option of bringing their little ones along on their spa days.
Now, being kid-friendly may not be the right move for your business. However, if it’s something you’d like to consider, here’s a few ideas to help make your business accessible to some younger clientele.
• Consider kid services. Manicures, pedicures, haircuts and even facials are some services offered to children at a number of spas. Some services even allow kids the chance to make their own lotions and sugar scrubs!
• Offer treatments for teens. The teenage years can be quite awkward and stressful, so offer treatments that would appeal to them, such as make-up application or a fun manicure.
• Provide child care. Consider partnering with a local babysitter/child care facility to offer child care services for parents who wish to take some “me” time at your spa.
