Mokara Spa at Omni PGA Frisco Resort elevates guests' inner radiance with exclusive, limited-time targeted treatments designed to rejuvenate inside and out. The Mokara Inner Glow Ritual begins with a double exfoliation followed by an aromatic masque that is painted on as the therapist wraps the guest in a hydrating cocoon. 3. Summer Solstice Weekend

The summer solstice is a day of energy, renewal and celebrating the nourishing light of the sun. Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is offering a weekend full of wellness activities for both guests of the resort and local visitors. Local guests can bring their own mats, or if available; mats will be provided for resort guests.

Celebrate the solstice with a flow yoga class and meditation session, led by instructor Beth Anne Christensen. The experience takes place amid the whispering aspens on the property’s Cottonwood Terrace and Lawn and includes complimentary refreshing juices, chilled towels and lemon water.

Guests can take part in a 90-minute wellness workshop with Jackson Hole resident Ericka Tithof, a licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. The workshop will feature breath work and mindful living practice, tapping into the five senses to aid with creating healthy habits.

A soulful vinyasa flow class is complemented by a soothing sound healing and meditation experience with Jackson Hole-based instructor Diedre Norman. Following the class, Norman will host a series of private intuitive readings customized to each individual.

Continue the wellness weekend with a “Max Meditation” session, led by Robin Craig, who is certified in the “Mind Illuminated” technique, rooted in Theravadan and Tibetan Karma Kagyu traditions. This system brings guests a complete meditation experience, which includes breathing, deep-body relaxation and passive, active and guided meditation. No experience is needed to enjoy the benefits.
