Phase & Function Program Ties Wellness to Menstrual Cycles

P.volve, a woman-centric fitness method, has created the Phase & Function wellness program. Phase & Function combines movement, mind and meals, tying it all into periods, with information and ideas to help women harness the four phases of their menstrual cycles to look and feel well. 

The holistic program supports the body's natural functions and helps women manage menstrual symptoms through nutrition and exercise plans that sync with the four phases of the menstrual cycle.

The program offers:

  • Cycle Tracking: Participants input details about the length of their period, the length of their cycle and the date of their last period. 
  • Personalized Plan: Participants receive individualized phase-specific workouts, meal plans and mindset shifts that match the ebb and flow of their hormones.
  • Expert-Led Education: Experts including an OBGYN, nutritionists, health coach and trainers teach clients how to get to know their bodies better and minimize symptoms of PMS and PMDD. The team also conducts live online Q&A sessions as an added resource.
