“The Intentional Wellness Program at Castle Hot Springs offers the seeds of future wellness to the proverbial table where guests may choose to pick up the kernel of wisdom they wish to cultivate in their own lives,” states wellness guide Colleen Inman. “We will show them how to practice the wellness techniques and suggest appropriate ongoing methods to slowly weave the intention of future wellness into the very fabric of their life. Nature itself has inherent patterns in cycles that can teach us the wisdom of how to live in harmony and health.”
