There’s so much more to color than meets the eye. Whether you’re aware of it or not, through color you experience a deeper connection to your emotions and moods. Color consciousness an help you lead a more proactive life and come into alignment with your inner light. These simple color energy meditations will allow you to tune yourself daily; notice the positive shifts unfold, and consider incorporating them to offer your clients greater support as well.
Connect With Your Color
Color, after all, is an external source of vibration, energy and light. When you tap into this awareness and begin to utilize color consciously, the door to your highest potential will indeed open.
Practice one color energy meditation at a time. Begin your practice by closing your eyes, slowing your breathing rhythm, relaxing your body and enjoying a few moments of silent presence with yourself.
Next, allow your eyes to open just about halfway to gaze softly at the center of the color flower. Imagine with each soft, easy, gentle breath that your entire body being is beginning to absorb and receive this color ray. With your mind’s imagination, you can invite the color to go anywhere the body wants the energy.
Spend a comfortable amount of time breathing with the color and imagining the color in the body. Please know that this is worth practicing regularly. With repeated practice, you and your clients will find it easier to visualize and imagine color.
When you feel filled with the awareness of the color, silently recite the coordinating meditation to yourself. If you’re utilizing this with a client, you can recite aloud and have them repeat after you silently. In this way, the meditation is truly an inward experience.
