Balance is something that spa pros and their clients must strive to achieve, and we all must come up with creative ways of finding a harmonious state. For an easy-to-make dish that benefits any chakra, Childs recommends this Cacao Chakra Treat, which can serve as breakfast on the go, a quick midday snack or a delish dessert. “No matter your chakra type, the Cacao Chakra Treat satisfies. It’s heart healthy and simple. The heart is important in the chakra system as it’s the gateway, or meeting point, for our physical body to connect with our spiritual nature,” says Childs. “It also provides much needed energy for your chakras through its use of fats, which provide the subtle energy of protection; carbs for comfort; and protein for power.”
