Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare has announced its support of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, with a pledge to donate $100,000. The donation will fund melanoma fellowships, with the goal to develop more effective strategies to prevent, control and, ultimately, cure cancer.
Dr. Gross has 25 years of experience detecting and treating skin cancer, which includes a number of clinical studies conducted at the prestigious facility. "Before becoming a dermatologist, I worked as a melanoma researcher at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center," said Dr. Gross. "Their ongoing research is critical to understanding the disease and forging a path to treatment discovery."
