Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe has introduced the Winter Warm Ritual treatment, which includes two at-home recipes designed to relax and revitalize dry skin. The at-home treatments make use of body scrub and butter developed by Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe using locally-sourced piñon pine infused with the essence of wintergreen and lavender.

Piñon Pine Scrub Recipe

  • one tablespoon of piñon nuts
  • two drops of pine needle essential oil
  • one drop of lavender essential oil

Grind piñon nuts to a medium fine consistency. Add two drops of pine needle essential oils followed by one drop of lavender essential oil and mix to a scrub consistency. Apply scrub on skin and exfoliate with light sweeping movements and rinse.

Piñon Pine Body Butter Recipe

  • three tablespoons of unscented body butter
  • one drop of pine needle essential oil
  • one drop of lavender essential oil

Mix three tablespoons of unscented body butter with one drop of pine needle essential oil and one drop of lavender essential oil. Blend essential oils with the body butter and apply to hydrate skin.
