1. Grounded & Calm: Winter Root Chakra Reset Foot and Leg Massage
Thara Sacra
(30 min., $65)
- Prepare a warm foot soak adding a few drops of Ground Chakra Essential Oil Blend (vetiver, patchouli, black spruce and black pepper) to warm water in a basin or tub.
- Invite the client to sit comfortably with their feet in the scented soak for 5-7 min. During this time, encourage them to breathe deeply and set an intention for grounding and relaxation.
- After the soak, towel off the client's feet gently, ensuring they are warm and dry.
- Mix Ground Chakra Oil with carrier oil of your choice (10-12 drops to 1 oz. carrier oil).
- Apply the oil mix to your hands and begin a slow, grounding foot massage. Focus on the soles of the feet, applying pressure to reflexology point on the heel that corresponds with the Root Chakra. Use long, deep strokes from the ankles down to the toes to help release tension and root the client’s energy.
- Continue the massage up the client’s legs, using the prepared oil to work into the calves and lower legs. This promotes grounding energy throughout the entire lower body, reinforcing stability and calmness.
- Conclude the treatment with a simple guided breathwork and visualization ritual. As they breathe, hold the client’s feet while encouraging them to visualize roots extending from their feet deep into the earth, grounding them in the present moment.
- Use calming, soothing language invite them to feel supported and stable as the session ends and they step back into their day.
2. Aromatherapy Facial – Sensitive Skin
Pevonia
(55 min., $80-$110)
- Moisten a cotton pad with the Eye Make-Up Remover. Remove eye make-up gently. Moisten a cotton pad with the Anti-Stress Eye Lotion and wipe eyelids.
- Apply Facial Cleanser. Work it gently. Lift off the cleanser with pads wet with warm water.
- Follow with Facial Lotion.
- Apply the Enzymo-Sphérides Peeling Cream all over the face and neck, 1/2 an inch away from eyes. Apply the Peeling Cream until you spread it completely over the entire skin surface. Wet your fingertips with warm water and gently work the Peeling Cream. Leave Peeling Cream on skin for 3 min.
- Wet your fingers with warm water and work the Peeling Cream one more time. Remove the Peeling Cream thoroughly with pads wet with warm water.
- Use Phyto-Gel Cleanser to remove any residue of enzymes. Remove the Phyto-Gel Cleanser with dry pads first, then with moist pads, making sure that all enzyme residue is removed.
- Wipe skin with any Pevonia Lotion, according to skin type, blot the skin dry.
- Put a few drops of the Aromatherapy Essential Oil – Sensitive Skin on the palm of your hand and apply over face, neck and décolleté.
- Proceed with massage. Any massage method can be performed. The best recommended method would be a specific aromatherapy massage following the lymphatic pathway.
- Using an eye mask brush, apply “C” Évolutive Eye Gel around the eyes. Cover eyes and eyebrows with eye pads moist with Anti-Stress Eye Lotion. Apply face mask according to skin type. Leave on for 15 min.
- Rinse mask with pads wet with cool water. Follow with Facial Lotion.
- Apply any Pevonia Care Cream/Moisturizer according to skin type over face, neck and décolleté.
3. SEA HOLISTIC – Relaxing and Radiance Massage
Phytomer
(60-90 min., $150-$200)
- Spray 2-3 pumps of Marine Mist high above the guest’s head.
- Perform “Inhalation Tent” with a few drops of Relaxing Serum.
- Massage Toning Body Scrub over the front of the body, paying special attention to rough, dry areas.
- Help client to turn over and exfoliate the back of the body using above method.
- Assist guest to a warm shower and during this time reset the treatment table with clean linens.
- Using heated boluses and Sea Holistic Relaxing Massage Cream, perform specific Marine Bolus Sequence and Sea Holistic Manual Massage.
4. Aromatherapy Massage
Shankara
(50-80 min., $125 - $150)
- Choose appropriate oil (Relaxing: to ground and calm the mind, De- stressing: to appease irritability or other fiery emotions, Reviving: for lethargy). Apply small amount of oil in hands and hold cupped hands under the face cradle so that client can breathe in the aroma. Instruct your client in the synchronized breathing technique. Take a few deep breaths together.
- Drip warm oil up the spine from the sacrum to the base of the neck. Follow with abhyanga / Kansa wand massage. Have client turn over onto their back.
- Apply aromatherapy Oil on your finger and then apply to your client's skin below the nose just above the lips. Gently cradle the head as you instruct your client in the synchronized breathing technique. Take a few deep breaths together.
- Perform massage including Abhyanga moves.
- Uncover one foot at a time and perform free style work combining Swedish strokes and acupressure points. Add oil to the Ayurvedic Kansa wand/Foot Bowl and continue to massage. Afterward wrap foot with warm towel and cover with sheet and blanket. Repeat with other foot.
- Wash hands. Cradle the head and traction slightly. Gently start the scalp massage.
- Allow your client to lie quietly and rest. Offer water or warm relaxing herbal tea.
