The Spa at The Four Seasons Hotel Nashville includes six treatment rooms, a couple's suite, full-service salon and 24/7 fitness center.
Signature treatments offered at the spa include the luxurious Gold Body Scrub to revitalize tired skin, Gua Sha Facial to sculpt, revive and oxygenate and Hot Stone Massage to ease aching muscles. Skin care brands used by the spa include Omorovicza and Pietro Simone.
Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, Mexico offers indoor and outdoor massages at the Casa Terrazas, a pop-up spa located at the resort. There are also private cabanas at the resort's pools. Guided hikes through jungles and along the coastline led by resident biologists and researchers take guests along natural footpaths created by indigenous wildlife. The resort plans to introduce a fully supervised program for younger guests and a teen center in 2023.
Naviva, A Four Seasons Resort, Punta Mita, Mexico, is the brand's first adult-only luxury tented resort in the Americas. The resort features a series of intimate wellness spaces including two spa pods tucked away in the forest, a House of Heat temazcal, a cliffside terrace, an open-air gym and nature trails. Fitness offerings include yoga at the Risco Terrace and strength training that incorporates formations like boulders and trees at its outdoor Mar Gym. The resort also has a pool nestled in the jungle and a private 575-foot beach.
The cocoon-like private spa pods are inspired by the seed of the local Ceiba tree, offering a sense of safety that invites shifts in internal energy. Between spa rituals, guests can spend time in each spa pod's personal garden, outdoor shower or timber soaking tub.
The House of Heat invites guests on a personalized temazcal journey guided by a dedicated curandero to produce a mind-body awakening. The customized experience includes a ceremonial fire pit with seating inspired by traditional Mayan stools, a pre- and post-ceremony gathering space and an outdoor shower area.
