Travel + Leisure released the results of their 2022 World's Best Awards, with Rancho La Puerta ranked as the number one International Destination Spa by readers. This is the third consecutive year that the spa location earned the title of the top spot, and the 11th year being acknowledged as a Hall of Fame winner.
This yearly ranking recognizes the top international hotels, islands, cities, cruise lines, airlines, spas and more. Readers rated spas based on their accommodations, facilities, treatment options, service quality, food and value.

Rancho La Puerta is also celebrating the company's co-founder, Deborah Szekely, who turned 100 on May 3, 2022. Since the spa's inception over 82 years ago, Szekely has created a wellness community that prioritizes balance for the mind, body and spirit. The spa now spans over 4,000 acres of organic gardens, mountains and meadows, with expansive fitness offerings and spa treatments.
