Greece-based Euphoria Retreat launched its 360-degree Euphoria Methodos Advanced Medical Programs. Each program personalizes physical and spiritual treatments to realign a patient’s cellular inefficiencies and imbalances that in turn affect their metabolic health and energy levels.
The personalized programs were created to target physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, social well-being and spiritual growth by tailoring a nutrition plan, movement and nature immersion sessions, group sessions for emotional and spiritual guidance, and lastly, social connections that all work to remove blockages or barriers disrupting cell function.
The 360-degree program is a cellular therapy using natural methods to manage health, and has been tested on more than 10,000 users thus far. Euphoria is the first destination spa to offer comprehensive tests prior to arrival to personalize treatment. Each patient’s personalized program includes four-phases: testing, diagnosis, intervention and follow-up.

Biomark Testing Customizes Treatment
By collecting biomarker testing with Euphoria’s ‘advanced diagnostics kit’ prior to a visit, the 360 program begins at home, collecting samples of blood, urine, saliva and stool. These are sent by FedEx to Euphoria’s Eucrasia-imon laboratories to undergo scientific analysis of over 250 biomarkers to detect any malfunctioning metabolic pathways.
Metabolic Health, a Powerhouse for Quality of Life
Metabolic health can be affected by lifestyle choices like diet, exercise, sleep and stress. When imbalanced, energy production between cells lacks circulation, affecting mood and performance.
“Healthy metabolic function allows energy to flow efficiently between cells,” the Euphoria Retreat team said. “When disrupted, cells rely on alternative energy pathways, leading to fatigue, emotional instability and chronic conditions.”
People with poor metabolic health are more likely to have memory problems and worse brain health, according to a new study by researchers at Oxford Population Health.
Onsite, once a patient has arrived to begin their treatment, Euphoria conducts diagnostics to determine what might be beneficial or harmful within their customized treatments. A seven-day program is a minimum; however, depending on the complexity of imbalances based on diagnostic findings and progress, guests can extend their stay to 14, 21 or 28 days, the team explains.

The Process of Customizing Nutrition Plans for Cellular Function
The diagnostic analysis begins with the 3GL Plus Analysis to measure biomarkers such as glucose and glycogen that determine meal plans alongside IV therapies and prescription supplements.
Euphoria also monitors AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products)–harmful compounds formed when proteins or fats combine with sugar in the bloodstream–when determining nutrition plans. The compounds contribute to aging and chronic diseases by disrupting cellular function. With the collection of blood panels, Euphoria assesses critical markers like cholesterol, NAD levels and omega-3s to shape dietary adjustments. Euphoria also measures the antioxidant glutathione for cellular detoxification and energy production.
“Euphoria measures glutathione levels before and after the program to track progress and refine treatments, ensuring maximum effectiveness in restoring cellular vitality,” said the team.
The Spa’s Approach to Movement Plans
To design the patient’s movement plan, tailoring activities like fitness coaching, forest bathing and hiking, the Euphoria team said they conducts "Respiratory equilibrium PNOE breath test" that measures oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, along with heart rate and respiratory rate to test the metabolism when resting and when active.
“The OligoScan then detects the body's absorption of minerals and heavy metals, followed by Body Bio-Impedance Analysis to discover body composition, such as bone, fat and muscle,” the team said. Minerals are essential for cellular function, the team adds, but imbalances or heavy metal toxicity can impair metabolism. Euphoria’s OligoScan measures absorption levels, guiding detox protocols and specific supplements to restore balance and optimize health.

Emotional and Spiritual Balance
“Emotional and spiritual blockages—such as stress, trauma, or limiting beliefs—are identified as they directly impact cellular energy pathways,” the team said. “Treatments incorporate ancient wisdom, including Greek and Chinese medicine, alongside modern approaches such as personalized emotional guidance sessions and visualization techniques.”
Each patient will be immersed in nature, venturing on daily hikes and meditative nature walks to foster connection with the environment. Patients will also participate in one-on-one sessions and group workshops to address inner blockages for emotional and spiritual guidance and attend communal dining and workshops that foster social connections and meaningful relationships.
The Two-month After Care Program
Although a patient’s program can vary from seven to 28 days, each patient participates in a two month after care program to track sustained progress post-retreat.
“Once the guest goes home, they have 24-hour access to the doctors and can arrange calls via Zoom,” the team said. “This period allows for the adoption of new habits and adjustments to personalized plans, ensuring long-term health and balance.”
Guests will meet with an Eucrasia-imon doctor, who monitors biomarker improvements and provides ongoing guidance to maintain the cellular function they’ve balanced.
