1. Tryall Club Introduces Newly Revamped Livity Spa

The Tryall Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica, introduced its newly revamped Livity Spa – a sanctuary of balance, harmony and rejuvenation. The spa is deeply rooted in the Rastafari philosophy of "livity," which calls for a balanced and harmonious way of life.

With an army of highly skilled spa therapists at the helm, Livity Spa provides a series of transformative experiences tailored to the individual needs of each guest. The vision behind the spa is to create an oasis for holistic well-being that reflects the timeless luxury and natural serenity of The Tryall Club.

Livity Spa is a haven of traditional Jamaican design married with local craftsmanship and sustainable materials. The space is a testament to the genius of its creators, Leesa Jones, the spa creator, and local architect, Nancy Maffessanti. The design pays tribute to the legacy of Nancy's father, Giuseppe ‘Pino’ Maffessanti, a renowned architect responsible for many of Tryall’s most distinguished properties.

The spa boasts an extensive catalogue of treatments, merging modern wellness practices with Jamaican traditions. These include the JACANA Jamaican Body Treatments, which feature natural CBD ingredients grown on JACANA’s ‘USDA Organic certified’ farm, mixed with local botanicals. The Livity Zen Treatments offer invigorating massages with locally sourced essential oils and detoxifying body scrubs.

The wellness spa also includes a variety of other self-care amenities such as private and group yoga sessions, sound meditation, CACI cutting-edge facial treatments, and a selection of hair, makeup and nail services.

3. The Starlight House Launches Digital Psychedelic Journeys

The Starlight House introduced digital psychedelic journeys that allow participants to explore altered states of consciousness without the use of traditional psychedelics. These one-on-one, intimate experiences provide a safe space for self-reflection, spiritual insight and connection with the higher self.

The non-medicated psychedelic trips offered at The Starlight House integrate ancient practices, brainwave entrainment and modern vibrational medicine. Through sound healing, immersive light therapy, and the vibrational imprint of sacred plants, participants can experience vivid inner visions and deep emotional release, all without ingesting any substances. These journeys allow people to connect with their subconscious mind, providing clarity and inner peace

"Our ceremonies open access to profound experiences without the need for traditional psychedelics, allowing participants to receive deep healing and guidance," says Kim Roach, founder of The Starlight House. "We use techniques that mirror the effects of a psychedelic journey, guiding participants with sacred sound, vibrational tools and intention setting. The results are awe-inspiring and transformative."

The journey includes the use of brainwave entrainment, sound beds, and vibrational tinctures to activate the pineal gland, which is believed to produce the same endogenous DMT responsible for visions during psychedelic trips.
