Perspire Sauna Studio has chosen Katy Fetters to take on the company's latest C-suite position as its vice president of operations. Fetters previously served as Perspire Sauna Studio director of operations for the last five years.
The industry veteran has been a member of of the Perspire Sauna Studio team for more than 10 years, cementing her as one the company's most experienced employees. She served as a regional manager for the brand's three original locations.

Fetters is well-versed in managing and streamlining partnerships, creating consistency for experiences across all Perspire locations, developing the team's onboarding and training process, operating in an HR capacity and more.
In this new role, Fetters will delegate and elevate these fundamental tasks to her team members, giving her the chance to focus on providing the system-wide growth of Perspire Sauna Studio in New York.

Perspire Sauna Studio recently welcomed all current franchisees to Newport Beach for its inaugural franchise conference. Lee Braun, founder and CEO, took the stage to outline what it is the executive team believes can be achieved over the next five years. The franchise plans to reach a goal of 500 studio locations by 2027.
