[Holistic Health] YouFit Gyms Provides Nutritional Guidance to Guests

Nationwide fitness chain YouFit Gyms has partnered with EatLove to provide its members with personalized nutritional advice, meal planning, food tracking and a dietitian-led education series. 

EatLove appEatLove appEatLove is a nutritional platform used by registered dietitians, health systems, fitness companies and wellness centers to deliver evidence-based programming.

YouFit Gyms members will now have access to more than 6,000 how-to recipes for all kinds of diets, including vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian, endurance, low carb and weight loss. In addition, members can take advantage of real-time nutritional guidance that is personalized and dietitian-approved, and includes recommendations for restaurants, home delivery and grocery shopping lists. 

YouFit Gyms is the first gym chain to offer this level of nutritional guidance as part of its low-cost membership offering.
