The seventh annual World Spa Awards has announced the winners of 2021! World Spa Awards is a global initiative that celebrates and rewards excellence in spa and wellness. Winners were determined by votes cast by industry professionals, the media and the general public.

- World’s Best Wellness Retreat Brand: Six Senses
- World's Best Hotel Spa Brand: Iridium Spa at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts
- World’s Best Day Spa: Dolder Grand Spa at The Dolder Grand (Switzerland)
- World's Best Desert Spa: Anantara Spa at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara (UAE)
- World’s Best New Hotel Spa: Mandarin Oriental Ritz (Madrid)
- World’s Best New Resort Spa: Chenot Spa at One&Only Desaru Coast (Malaysia)
