Sunstone Hotel Investors has announced the acquisition of the 130-room Montage Healdsburg Resort, a newly constructed property that was completed in December 2020, for a gross purchase price of $265 million.
Located in Sonoma County, in California Wine Country, Montage Healdsburg is a retreat offering access to the renowned wineries of area. The 117-acre resort includes 16 acres of vineyards, an 11,500-square-foot spa, adult and family pools overlooking the vineyard, signature dining experiences, more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space and a number of event lawns. Montage Healdsburg will continue to be managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts.
