Wellness tech platform Mindbody has announced the hiring of Javad Ra'ed as vice president of strategic accounts. Ra'ed brings considerable experience leading and managing strategic account teams, having done so for brands including IBM, Fiserv and Equifax. He has a bachelor's degree in marketing and international business, as well as a master's in international management.
In this new role, Ra'ed will lead and manage all aspects of Mindbody's strategic account program, including generating new business; developing a retention strategy for Mindbody customers; introducing new products and offerings; and ensuring customer needs are being met.
