They can be caused from a variety of triggers including stress, hormones, food allergies, environmental agitation or even a combination. Massage Therapist Kelly Lott developed Migraine Miracle which incorporates marble stones and aromatherapy to offer relief for this painful condition.
At Peaceful Massage in Harrison, Arkansas, Migraine Miracle is used for a headache treatment that begins with attention to pressure points. Next, the client can choose from four Migraine Miracle aromatherapy blends that address different headache root causes. Peaceful Massage owner Marcie Black explains, “I use the cold stones at about 32 degrees and put them on strategic areas of the face.”
