The Global Wellness Summit (GWS) has partnered with wellness community pioneer Serenbe for the Post-Summit Wellness Real Estate & Communities Immersion Experience. Located in the meadows on the edge of Atlanta, Serenbe is all-inclusive,has homes, restaurants and even businesses. The experience will take place November 11, 2020, following this year's GWS at The breakers in Palm Beach, Florida.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, real estate experts have noticed that wellness real estate is on the rise. They predict that homes designed for human health will be the core of the global real estate market going forward.
“We believe that communities centered on wellness will play a huge part in resetting our world, and Serenbe represents the gold-standard—a wellness community that has delivered on its original vision, but that has also continued to innovate and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape. This behind-the-scenes visit will give Summit delegates invaluable access and insight into what makes Serenbe such a success story,” said Susie Ellis, Global Wellness Institute (GWI) chairman and CEO.
This Post-Summit Retreat will give delegates the opportunity to see what makes Serenbe such a success. Upon arrival, they'll receive a special reception at the founders’ home and see what it’s like to live as a Serenbe resident.
“To have the chance to literally share the Serenbe experience and business model with Summit delegates—including insight into how we overcame obstacles over the years and guidance on what we believe the successful components of a winning wellness community are—is something I’m very much looking forward to,” said Steve Nygren, cofounder of Serenbe.
