Earthlite has launched the F.A.S.T. Response Technical Service App to provide instant support and customer service. Key features include the ability to register products through the app, expedited service delivery, and a function that allows users to upload photos.
App users also have the ability to send in questions to Earthlite's customer service team and sign up for important notifications, such as warranty and service reminders.
"Earthlite is No. 1 in customer service for a reason," says Jim Chenevey, president and CEO of Earthlite. "We wanted our app to be efficient and easy to use as a part of our mission to create a better experience for our customers."
The app is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
