What is your favorite thing about the wellness industry?
Programs with an integrated approach are my favorite part of the industry. It always excites me to bring together the best hands from different streams of alternative medicines to tackle various health conditions. Each alternative system has its own strengths and weaknesses, so integrating different practices brings greater flexibility for the treatment and ensures sustainable results at the end.
What wellness trends do you see emerging?
Gut health is gaining more and more public awareness in terms of its impact on physical and mental health. According to various alternative systems of medicine, improper digestion is the main cause of disease.
The wellness industry must educate the public about the recommended diet and habits to maintain a balanced gut microbiome. This responsibility can be translated into an opportunity at all wellness facilities, as they are the training centers for healthy eating habits. Supplements will gradually be replaced with the concept of a balanced diet, including prebiotics and probiotics.
What is your favorite self-care practice?
My day starts with 60-minute yoga session. Sun salutation brings me a great sense of balance and helps me retain energy levels for the entire day. I love the experience of disconnecting from my surroundings while I go into my breathing awareness.
My recommendations to guests also come from my personal experiences: following regular meal timings, consuming seasonal foods, undertaking a 24-hour juice fast once a month and ensuring seven to eight hours of sleep. All of this helps me maintain an optimum sense of well-being.
What is a dream you’ve always hoped to achieve?
My dream is to develop a boutique wellness hideout and sustainable organic farm where people can disconnect from their stress and realign their body constitutions. It will be a journey of guiding and developing a suitable lifestyle for each individual to help them experience ultimate well-being.
What is your greatest accomplishment?

What exciting new opportunities are upcoming for AyurMa and Four Seasons?
