I’m a big fan of floating in deprivation tanks, as it helps ease mental stress and muscle tension. A handful of studies have reported this treatment increases originality, imagination and intuition, which can all lead to enhanced creativity.

Pasta! It’s the perfect combination of carbohydrates and happiness. I can’t think of a more joyful food.
What is your favorite travel destination?
Hong Kong is one of my favorite cities in the world. I last visited in 2019 and was amazed to discover a place that strikes an incredible balance of history and modernity, as well as nature and technology. I always find inspiration in Hong Kong and look forward to visiting again soon.
